Dear Council and Honorable Mayor,

Thank you for hearing the public regarding PTA23-0001 and PMA23-0001 applications. We are grateful for your unbiased questions and thoughtful discernment when addressing the applicant during the hearing on June 12, 2023 which led to the withdrawal. These applications proved to contain considerable overreach, and lacked understanding of Tualatin as a whole. As a community we hope you all continue to use your thoughtfulness and candor as you did during the hearing. We have realized you do have the best interests of the public.
